Typical Building Hours for Office Space: 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday - Friday.  8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, and the building is closed on Sunday. (After 7:00 P.M. elevators require card access for office floors). Tryon Lobby entrance is opened until 1:00 AM and College Lobby is opened until 11:00 PM except Friday's, until 12:00 Midnight.

Smoking Policy/Locations: Non-Smoking building – NO Smoking in stairwells. The ONLY areas where smoking is permitted are: in the designated smoking area on P-1 of the parking deck, and the courtyard.

Services: The building is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system and is staffed 24-hour per day, 365 days per year. The security console is located in the main lobby and is always staffed. As well as a Security Office in the Loading Dock.  All tenants must use their access card to enter the portals located at their elevator bank.  If you need an access card or have trouble with your existing card contact your local card administrator for your floor.
After Hours Services/Policies: After 11:00 P.M. access to the building is permitted through entrances at the front via card access. Sign-in is required with the security guard in the security console after-hours and with the Dock Administrator in the loading dock during normal hours. All contractors and vendors must sign in to receive a building contractor badge.
Visitor Registration:  All visitors must be registered with One Facility www.onefacility.com.  They will need to show a picture ID at check-in.  For any questions on this system contact the management office at (704) 887-1200.

Access Card Requests: Contact the Mangement Office at (704) 887-1200 for access cards and/or access card request forms.  You must fax all requests to (704) 887-1201.

Freight Elevator & Loading Dock Use: Dock Administrator: (704) 683-1009.
Loading Dock Hours: The building has one (1) large freight & (1) small freight elevators. All scheduling requests for the freight elevator should be made with the dock administrator by calling (704) 683-1009, or the Management Office at (704) 887-1200. Hours are as follows: M-F 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. All other times by appt.
