Access
Entrances and exits to the parking garage are found on both Fifth and Sixth Streets. The garage is open 24 hours, however it is only manned during the following hours:
Monday through Thursday - 8am - 11pm
Friday - 8am - 1am
Sunday - 12pm - 6pm
Rates
Monthly Associate Rate Non-Reserved: $130.00
Monthly Associate Rate Reserved: $180.00
Daily Rate
First 20 minutes - $2.00
each additional 20 minutes - $1.00
Daily Max - $16.00
Night and Weekend Rate
First 20 minutes - $2.00
each additional 20 minutes - $1.00
Night Max - $5.00
Parking Policy
Like any other institution, the parking garage has rules and regulations to better serve customers. Please take care when driving in the deck and follow all signs posted in the deck, and never drive the wrong way.
Ticket Validation
Clients should have their tickets validated properly, before leaving the building, in order to exit the garage at no charge. In the event your ticket is not validated properly, daily rates will apply. If the client is over the time limit, they must pay the balance in cash.
Smoking
There is a no smoking policy throughout the parking facility. A designated smoking area is located on the 6th Street entrance. Please place all trash in designated trash containers.
Towing Procedures
Standard Parking will tow any vehicle that is parked in a spot that is not authorized. Please do not park in any "Reserved" spaces or in any areas that have been designated a "No Parking Zone."
Parking Equipment
A ticket spitter regulates the entrances for transient customers, and a card access reader for the contracted customers. Both of these devices open the gate control arm when activated.
