Security Services

Security personnel are on duty 24-hours a day, seven days a week.  Security officers are clad in navy blazers and navy slacks.  Each Officer is required to wear a photo identification badge.  The officers make routine patrols throughout the building, garage and retail area and are available to assist with special needs or in the event of an emergency.  If you do not feel safe to walk to your car in the parking deck alone, please contact security and someone will escort you to your car.

The Security Control Center is located on the Tryon Street lobby level behind the Visitor Registration desk.  Security is staffed 24 hours a day and 365 days a year and may be reached at 704.683.1005.
